A new Building Material?

The current building construction processes are creating standardized spaces which lack spatial qualities. The used building materials are one of the main reasons of this issues since they usually do not fit the surrounding contexts. The stone raw material is running out of the nature for the creation of buildings which uses stone as a coverage material and not a structural one. The process of the stone production lead to huge amounts of stone slurry waste which pollutes the environment. The aim of the paper is to figure out a new building material based on the stone slurry waste, which fits the surrounding conditions and can be used as a structural material by creating specific structures with the help of the computational design tools. This will lead to the disposal of this waste in a
useful way. The main result is that the stone slurry waste can be used as a building material if mixed with other specific materials, here the cement. Also, these materials can be shaped in different forms according to the desired needs.
